Weighted Ostrowski-Grüss type inequalities [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2015
Several inequalities of Ostrowski-Gruss-type availabe in the literature are generalized by considering the weighted case of them. Involving the least concave majorant of the modulus of continuity we provide upper error bounds of such inequalities.

Inequalities that sharpen the triangle inequality for sums of $N$ functions in $L^p$ [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2019
We study $L^p$ inequalities that sharpen the triangle inequality for sums of $N$ functions in $L^p$.

More on Jensen functional and convexity [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
In this paper we prove results on the difference between a normalized Jensen functional and the sum of other normalized Jensen functionals for convex function.

On Jensen Functional, Convexity and Uniform Convexity [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
In this paper we improve results related to Normalized Jensen Functional for convex functions and Uniformly Convex Functions.

Lq-functional inequalities and weighted porous media equations [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2007
Using measure-capacity inequalities we study new functional inequalities, namely L^q-Poincar\'{e} inequalities and L^q-logarithmic Sobolev inequalities. As a consequence, we establish the asymptotic behavior of the solutions to the so-called weighted porous media equation for m?1, in terms of L^2-norms and entropies.

Direct and inverse conversion formulas associated with Khabibullin's conjecture for integral inequalities [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2010
Khabibullin's conjecture deals with two linear integral inequalities for some non-negative continuous function $q(t)$. The integral in the first of these two inequalities converts $q(t)$ into another function of one variable $g(t)$. This integral yields the direct conversion formula.

On Sharipov's counterexample to Khabibullin's conjecture [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2010
Khabibullin's conjecture has three statements equivalent to each other. Recently Ruslan Sharipov has constructed a counterexample to this conjecture for one of its three statements. In this paper Sharipov's counterexample is transferred to the other two statements of Khabibullin's conjecture.
