Aromaticity‐Dependent Memristive Switching
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.The article describes a resistive switching mechanism based on the creation of virtual filaments. Research consists of experimental and theoretical data supporting the theory that resistance of the memristor can be modulated by a redox‐induced aromaticity change of a working material.

The puzzlingly large Ca II triplet absorption in dwarf elliptical galaxies [PDF]
Astrophys.J.597:L21-L24,2003, 2003 We present central CaT, PaT, and CaT* indices for a sample of fifteen dwarf elliptical galaxies (dEs). Twelve of these have CaT* ~ 7 A and extend the negative correlation between the CaT* index and central velocity dispersion sigma, which was derived for bright ellipticals (Es), down to 20 < sigma < 55 km/s.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.The 2D carrier density of LaInO3/BaSnO3 2DEG to 1014 cm−2 by ionic‐liquid gating is increased and we found the resulting mobility enhancement up to 2100 cm2 V−1 s−1 at 10 K, which is consistent with the fact that 2‐dimensionality offers more effective screening for defects.

Asymptotic topological regularity of CAT(0) spaces [PDF]
arXiv, 2021 We study asymptotic topological regularity of CAT(0) spaces. We prove that if a purely n-dimensional, proper, geodesically complete CAT(0) space has small volume growth, then it is homeomorphic to the n-dimensional Euclidean space. We also discuss asymptotic geometry of proper, geodesically complete CAT(0) spaces of small volume growth.
