Energy Consumption Optimization in Trajectory Planning for Fuel Cell Hybrid Uavs Based On HMPC

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
The endurance limitation of multirotor drones is a critical challenge. This study adopts a hybrid power system of fuel cells and lithium‐ion batteries. Using Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II, it integrates trajectory planning with energy management optimization.

Exploring the Complexity of the L2 Intonation System: An Acoustic and Eye-Tracking Study

open access: yesFrontiers in Communication, 2021
Phonological research has demonstrated that English intonation, variably referred to as prosody, is a multidimensional and multilayered system situated at the interface of information structure, morphosyntactic structure, phonological phenomena, and ...

CELLama: Foundation Model for Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics by Cell Embedding Leveraging Language Model Abilities

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CELLama is created, a framework that harnesses language models to convert cellular data into “sentences” that represent gene expression and metadata, enabling a universal embedding of cells. Unlike most single‐cell foundation models, CELLama supports scalable analysis and offers flexible applications including spatial transcriptomics.

Convergent and Divergent Connectivity Patterns of the Arcuate Fasciculus in Macaques and Humans

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study employs viral‐based single‐neuron tracing and dMRI‐based whole‐brain tractography to investigate arcuate fasciculus (AF) trajectories in macaque monkeys, and compares with the human AF connectome using spectral embedding. Results demonstrate conserved AF topography spanning temporoparietal‐auditory‐frontal pathways across primates, with ...

Targeting Microglial CD49a Inhibits Neuroinflammation and Demonstrates Therapeutic Potential for Parkinson's Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study shows that integrin receptor CD49a (Itga1 gene) is significantly upregulated in hyperactivated microglia and microglia‐specific knockdown of Itga1 rescues neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration in a chronic Parkinson's disease (PD) model by targeting PGAM5‐mediated mitochondrial dysfunction and NLRP3 activation. Targeted inhibition of CD49a

A Comparison of Feature-Based and Neural Scansion of Poetry

open access: yes, 2017
Automatic analysis of poetic rhythm is a challenging task that involves linguistics, literature, and computer science. When the language to be analyzed is known, rule-based systems or data-driven methods can be used.

Modern and Ancient Genomes Reveal Neolithic Paternal Expansions of Millet and Rice Farmers and Demic Diffusion from China into Mainland Southeast Asia

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study clarifies the genetic patterns of paternal lineages across East Asia and Mainland Southeast Asia. Han populations are relatively homogeneous, whereas southern ethnolinguistic minorities display regional structures. Shared Y‐chromosome lineages indicate Neolithic expansions and extensive north‐south gene flow, supporting demic diffusion ...
