Repeated dose toxicity of alfa-cypermethrin in rats

The present study was performed to investigate the subacute effect of alpha-cypermethrin (alpha-CP) in rats. Alfacypermethrin a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide, dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and oral LD50 was investigated after administering orally different doses in rats and was determined as 145 mg/kg.
