Fixed point theory in metric type spaces
Written by a team of leading experts in the field, this volume presents a self-contained account of the theory, techniques and results in metric type spaces (in particular in G-metric spaces); that is, the text approaches this important area of fixed ...

Extracellular vesicle (EV) lipidomic profiling of plasma and ascites from patients with high‐grade serous ovarian cancer and of ovarian cancer cell lines reveals enrichment of triglycerides (TGs), diacylglycerols (DGs), phosphatidylcholine (PCs), sphingomyelins (SMs), reflecting tumor metabolic reprogramming.

Incomplete microwave ablation (iMWA) of liver cancer triggers a biphasic progression in residual tumors. At Day 3, the microenvironment is characterized by acute inflammatory responses and extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling. By Day 14, a profound shift occurs toward oncogenic signal transduction and immunosuppression, marked by macrophage ...

Some Fixed Point Results on Ordered G-Partial Metric Spaces [PDF]
We introduce a new concept of metric space called a G- partial metric space and prove the fixed point of certain contraction maps defined on tbe ordered G-partial metric spaces.

Indefinite metric of R. Mrugala and the geometry of thermodynamical phase space [PDF]
We study an indefinite metric G which was introduced by R. Mrugala and is defined on the contact phase space (P, θ) of a homogeneous thermodynamical system. We describe the curvature properties and the isometry group of the metric G.

Circulating microRNA profiles distinguish nonmalignant Lynch syndrome from cancer‐associated Lynch syndrome, sporadic colorectal cancer, and healthy controls. Age‐stratified analysis reveals disease‐specific regulatory states, and a six‐miRNA panel shows concordant separation in an independent colorectal tissue cohort.

Mutant p53R273H disrupts PDPK1 homodimerization and contributes to PDPK1 activation
How mutant p53R273H drives AKT signaling is unclear. We show that p53R273H, but not wild‐type, directly binds PDPK1 via a mutation‐dependent conformational change. This interaction disrupts inhibitory PDPK1 homodimerization and enhances AKT phosphorylation.

Fixed point results on complete G-metric spaces
In this paper several fixed point theorems for a class of mappings defined on a complete G-metric space are proved. In the same time we show that if the G-metric space (X, G) is symmetric then the existence and uniqueness of these fixed point results ...

Group representations in indefinite metric spaces [PDF]
A group G of symmetry transformations of the rays of an indefinite metric space V with metric operator eta leads to a projective representation U of G in V in terms of eta-unitary, eta-antiunitary, eta-pseudounitary, and eta-pseudoantiunitary operators ...

LVRF (lymphatic and vascular resistance factor) is a VEGFA splice variant upregulated in response to anti‐angiogenic therapy that fosters tumor adaptation through enhanced vascularization, lymphangiogenesis, and metastatic dissemination. Targeting LVRF with fully human neutralizing antibodies disrupts these processes and limits resistant tumor growth ...
