Making use of a generalized bivariate Fibonacci polynomials, we propose a family of normalized regular functions ψ(ζ) = ζ + d2ζ2 + d3ζ3 + · · · , which are bi-univalent in the disc {ζ ∈ C : |ζ| < 1} involving (p, q)-derivative operator. We find estimates

Maclaurin Coefficient Estimates of Bi-Univalent Functions Connected with the q-Derivative
In this paper we introduce a new subclass of the bi-univalent functions defined in the open unit disc and connected with a q-analogue derivative. We find estimates for the first two Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients a 2 and a 3 for functions in this subclass,

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

On two $(p,q)$-analogues of the Laplace transform
Two $(p,q)$-Laplace transforms are introduced and their relative properties are stated and proved.

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

The q-gradient method for global optimization
The q-gradient is an extension of the classical gradient vector based on the concept of Jackson's derivative. Here we introduce a preliminary version of the q-gradient method for unconstrained global optimization. The main idea behind our approach is the

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Subclasses of analytic functions of complex order defined by q-derivative operator
By making use of the q-derivative operator in conjunction with the principle of subordination between analytic functions, we introduce two subclasses of analytic functions in the open unit disk U.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.
