Optical Skyrmions Modulation Based on Polarization Helicity
The polarization helicity represents the global twisted property of the polarization state distribution, it can be used to modulate the spin skyrmion texture in the tight focusing of the radially polarized vortex light. By adjusting the polarization helicity of incident field, the Néel‐Bloch‐Néel transition of the spin skyrmion texture can be realized,

Asymmetry of the Ferroelectric Phase Transition in BaTiO3
Phase transitions are typically assumed to behave identically in forward and reverse. This work shows that in the ferroelectric material barium titanate this is not true: heating drives an abrupt, first‐order jump, while cooling gives a smooth, continuous change.

Advancing Photonic Inverse Design with Interpretable Machine Learning
The work applies the interpretable machine learning technique called LIME (local interpretable model‐agnostic explanations) to the inverse design of photonic chips, revealing hidden optimization patterns and guiding better starting designs. Using insights from LIME improves performance of two‐mode multiplexers, showing interpretable methods can ...

This work presents a dual strategy for constructing high‐efficiency photoluminescent materials. At the molecular level, vibration decoupling is suppressed through space charge transfer chromophores, boosting fluorescence. At the aggregate level, rigid polymer matrices protect and stabilize triplet excitons, enabling efficient and colorful room ...

Multifunctional black phosphorus nanocomposites with carbon, metal/oxide, and polymers suppress volume expansion, enhance conductivity, and enable durable, high‐capacity LIB anodes. ABSTRACT Black phosphorus (BP) is a layered and two‐dimensional substance that has been discussed as an anode material for lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) due to its ...
