Outcomes and risk factors of hemorrhage in patients with resected brain metastases
International Journal of Cancer, Volume 158, Issue 8, Page 2120-2138, 15 April 2026.What's New? Brain metastases may present with hemorrhage, yet risk factors and clinical outcomes remain unclear. Based on a cohort of 880 patients with resected brain metastases, this study identified tumor volume and primary tumor histology (melanoma and non‐small cell lung cancer) as key predictors of hemorrhage.
