Kinetic Microscale Thermophoresis for Simultaneous Measurement of Binding Affinity and Kinetics. [PDF]

The extension of microscale thermophoresis (MST) to perform temperature jumps by increasing the heat dissipation of the sample allows for quantification of binding affinities together with the kinetic rates. Relaxation kinetics for DNA hybridization were measured with high fidelity at different temperatures and various experimental conditions.
