Revisiting the Circular Economy Paradox: A Triple Bottom Line Perspective

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The Circular Economy (CE) has emerged as a transformative organizational paradigm designed to address the environmental limitations of linear production and consumption systems. Despite its growing prominence, there is ongoing debate about the extent to which CE truly embodies sustainability, particularly whether it adequately addresses the ...

Collective Dynamics of Urease‐Based Nanomotors in a Chemical Gradient

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
This study investigates the collective migration of urease‐based nanomotors in a urea gradient. It identifies three governing mechanisms: density‐driven convection, chemotactic response to urea, and a coupling effect arising from ion–gel interactions.

Kinetic Insights into the Supramolecular Polymerization of Perylenediimide‐Appended Dipeptides

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
The synthesis of dipeptide‐functionalized PDIs 1 and 2 has been accomplished, and their self‐assembly properties investigated. The dipeptide linkers facilitate the formation of diverse metastable monomeric species. However, these species have minimal influence on the supramolecular polymerization of PDIs 1 and 2.
