Reorientation‐Driven Degradation in Oriented Perovskite Films: Shifting Facet Engineering to Thermodynamic Stability

The role of crystallographic orientation in the thermal stability of narrow‐bandgap perovskite solar cells remains largely underexplored. In Sn–Pb mixed perovskite films, strong orientation can inherently compromise stability under prolonged thermal stress, triggering reorientation‐induced degradation through microstrain accumulation.

Large Unsaturated Magnetoresistance in Gated MoS2 Flakes

Magnetotransport investigation of layered MoS2 crystals in field‐effect devices reveals strong dependence on thickness and carrier density. Monolayer MoS2 exhibits the highest magnetoresistance of 680%.
