Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.Die elektrothermische Oxidation von Ethylenglykol unter Druck steigert die katalytische Effizienz hin zu Glykolat unter milden Bedingungen. Höhere Reaktionsraten treten bei 70–90°C und 15 bar O2 auf, und sowohl das Potential als auch der O2‐Druck reoxidieren Co2+ zu Co3+ an der Oberfläche.
