Abstract The aim of this study is to address experimentally the immediate impacts of an alteration of the photoperiod, simulating an extreme artificial light pollution, on the behaviour and stress of a key grazer fish common in temperate coastal ecosystems in Europe, the thinlip grey mullet, Chelon ramada.

Abstract Background and Purpose Drug–drug interactions (DDIs) are associated with an increased risk of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Hospitalized children are particularly vulnerable to DDIs and ADRs due to polypharmacy, frequent use of unlicensed or off‐label medications, and dosing regimens often extrapolated from adult data.

Crataegus monogyna fruit extract attenuated oxidative stress and inflammatory responses in acetic acid‐induced ulcerative colitis in rats. Treatment improved antioxidant status, reduced lipid peroxidation, and alleviated histopathological damage, demonstrating its protective effect against ulcerative colitis.
