A nonlinear optical microscopy technique is introduced that enables rapid imaging of hexagonal boron nitride monolayers, which are usually optically invisible. The nonlinear mixing of mid‐infrared and visible laser pulses enables full crystallographic imaging through phase‐resolved sum‐frequency generation microscopy, where the resonant excitation of a

Highly water‐soluble dicationic bis(indolium) dyes have been prepared, showing excellent two‐photon absorption and light emission. Their fluorescence behavior discloses an unusual increasing blue shift with increasing solvent polarity, which, in parallel, is beneficial for enhanced detection in biological media.

Crystal Growth Engineering for Dendrite‐Free Zinc Metal Plating
This research employed the rare‐earth ion dysprosium (Dy) to modulate aqueous zinc (Zn) metal plating. Integrated multiscale experiments and computational modeling unveiled the preferential adsorption of Dy on specific crystal facets, which activated screw dislocation‐driven Zn growth.

The first room‐temperature, zero‐field observation of stable skyrmion–hopfion spin textures in EuS─Bi2Se3─EuS trilayers is reported. Combining Lorentz TEM imaging and micromagnetic modeling, the authors unveil how interfacial Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction and geometric confinement stabilize these multidimensional topological states.

By tracking bulk carrier diffusion both vertically and laterally, this study links photoluminescence behavior to crystal quality in CsPbBr3 γ‐ray detectors. Vertical diffusion governs spectral redshift, with high‐quality crystals exhibiting superior transport, while two‐photon microscopy reveals microscale defects that hinder diffusion in low‐quality ...

Observation of Topological Chirality Switching Induced Freezing of a Skyrmion Crystal
Using Lorentz Transmission electron microscopy, it is shown that in the insulating van der Waals ferromagnet, CrBr3, a magnetic field can cause Bloch skyrmionic bubbles to spontaneously switch their chirality. As achiral type‐II bubbles are an intermediate state, the bubbles rapidly elongate and shrink when switching, thereby inducing a freezing of the

Transition of Néel‐Type and Bloch‐Néel Hybrid Skyrmion in a Metallic Multilayer Material System
This work demonstrated a framework for manipulating multiple skyrmion types in [Pt/Co/Cu]5 multilayers through bias‐driven thermal effects. Distinct Néel and hybrid skyrmion phases can be selectively stabilized, enabling binary encoding beyond chirality‐based schemes.

This paper describes room‐temperature polariton lasing with high circular polarization from deformed plasmonic Kagome lattice cavities strongly coupled to colloidal CdSe nanoplatelets. Spin‐selectivity from cavity modes resulted in control over the handedness of circular polarization as well as the direction of polariton lasing, opening prospects for ...

A new monolayer insulator, InO2, is synthesized by intercalating indium beneath patterned epitaxial graphene on SiC, followed by high‐temperature oxidation. This selective confinement yields large‐area, uniform InO2 with a wide bandgap of 4.1 eV. Upon intercalation, the EG/n‐SiC junction transitions from ohmic to Schottky, exhibiting a rectification ...

Data Driven Control of Defect Formation in Solution Deposited Sb2Se3 Thin Films
A data‐driven design of experiments (DoE) approach is used to uncover how six interdependent processing parameters govern defect formation in solution‐deposited Sb2Se3 thin films. Statistical modeling revealed strong non‐linear couplings that control film quality, and the optimized films showed a threefold enhancement in photoresponse, demonstrating ...
