Solar RRL, EarlyView.This paper discusses the effect of proton radiation on the device performance of antimony chalcogenide solar cells. Sb2S3 and Sb2(S, Se)3 solar cells are exposed to two different proton energies (100 and 300 keV) with fluences ranging from 1011 to 1014 protons/cm2.

Advanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 1, 2 January 2026.The first room‐temperature, zero‐field observation of stable skyrmion–hopfion spin textures in EuS─Bi2Se3─EuS trilayers is reported. Combining Lorentz TEM imaging and micromagnetic modeling, the authors unveil how interfacial Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction and geometric confinement stabilize these multidimensional topological states.
