Quantum Emitters in Rhombohedral Boron Nitride
Rhombohedral boron nitride (rBN) is an emerging wide‐bandgap van der Waals (vdW) material with strong second‐order nonlinear optical properties. In this work, optically‐addressable spin defects and single‐photon emitters (SPEs) are fabricated deterministically in rBN.

Optical Poling of Ferroelectric Liquids
The optical control of size and shape of polar domains in ferroelectric nematic liquid crystal cells is reported. In sufficiently thin samples, light irradiation induces the formation of a novel singular spiral‐shape arrangement of the polar director as a response to localized illumination.

Anisotropy of Second‐Harmonic Generation in SnSe Flakes with Ferroelectric Stacking
Giant second‐harmonic generation (SHG) susceptibility, on the order of 1000 pm V−1, in SnSe with ferroelectric stacking is demonstrated by theoretical and experimental methods. SHG microscopy is utilized to study few‐layer ferroelectric SnSe flakes on mica substrates. Stripe‐like features in SHG mapping indicate ferroelectric domains. Strong wavelength‐

CsPbBr₃ colloidal nanocrystals synthesized via hot‐injection (HI) and microwave‐assisted (MW) methods exhibit excellent optoelectronic properties for LEDs. Although the MW route is more energy‐efficient and eco‐friendly in the lab, industrially, its environmental impacts are similar, but with lower costs.
