Printed Zinc Tin Oxide Memristors for Reservoir Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Fully patterned zinc tin oxide memristors produced mostly with printing techniques that is programmed for physical reservoir computing. MNIST handwriting dataset is used to program the memristor and a 4‐bit and a 5‐bit cell. In this work, fully patterned zinc tin oxide (ZTO) memristors are introduced using inkjet printing.

Hexabenzocoronen‐Benzimidazol Hybrid Strukturen und Faraday Rotation des Ersten Hexabenzocoronen‐Phthalocyanins

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Hexabenzocoronene–Benzimidazole Hybrid Architectures and Faraday Rotation of the First Hexabenzocoronene–Phthalocyanine

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
The synthesis of four hexabenzocoronene (HBC) benzimidazole hybrid molecules is shown, culminating in tetra‐HBC‐Ni‐phthalocyanine (Pc). Its application as a Faraday rotator reveals a remarkable Verdet constant. The compounds are fully characterized and their optoelectronic properties investigated by electrochemistry, UV–vis, and fluorescence ...

AI‐Assisted Customizable SERS‐Based Aptasensor for Label‐Free, Rapid, and Sensitive Detection of Tau: Comparative Analysis Using Random Forest and Convolutional Neural Networks

open access: yesAnalysis &Sensing, EarlyView.
A customizable SERS‐based aptasensor platform integrates aptamer‐functionalized gold nanoparticles with machine learning models (RF and CNN) to detect tau protein, a key biomarker for Alzheimer's disease. This rapid, label‐free detection system achieves a detection limit of 100 pM, enabling early diagnosis and monitoring of disease progression.
