A Kinetic–Energetic Bottleneck of Charge‐Transfer Injection Governs Energy Loss in Organic Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, Volume 16, Issue 30, 12 August 2026.
Kinetic–energetic projection of time‐resolved photoluminescence reveals that charge‐transfer injection acts as a universal bottleneck in organic solar cells. A physics‐constrained Bayesian framework identifies an emergent effective CT injection rate governing the trade‐off between charge generation and nonradiative energy loss.

Transmasculine Pregnancy and the Limits of Reproductive Citizenship: Cisnormativity and Governance in Healthcare Systems in Brazil

open access: yesSexuality, Gender &Policy, Volume 9, Issue 3, August 2026.
ABSTRACT This article examines transmasculine pregnancy as a critical lens through which to analyze the intersections of cisnormativity, reproductive governance, and reproductive citizenship within healthcare systems. While existing research has documented barriers faced by transgender populations, less attention has been paid to how institutional and ...

Molecular phylogenetics of Thymelaeaceae‐Thymelaeoideae: Resolving the paraphyly of Gnidia and a new monophyletic generic classification for the group

open access: yesTAXON, Volume 75, Issue 4, August 2026.
Abstract Earlier phylogenetic analyses of the family Thymelaeaceae using combined plastid (matK, rbcL, rps16, trnL‐F) and nuclear (ITS) regions showed that the African‐Malagasy genus Gnidia was extensively polyphyletic in relation to the southern African genera Lachnaea, Passerina and Struthiola, as well as to other Southern Hemisphere genera such as ...

“Caught in a Trap”: Everyday Peace and the Dilemma of Representation in Rio de Janeiro

open access: yesCity &Society, Volume 38, Issue 2, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Urban security interventions often seek legitimacy by changing how places associated with violence are publicly represented. Less attention has been paid to how grassroots organizations navigate these representational pressures as they pursue everyday peace.

Ecological and functional effects of habitat conversion and seasons on fruit‐feeding butterfly assemblages in tropical dry forests Efeitos ecológicos e funcionais da conversão do habitat e da sazonalidade sobre assembleias de borboletas frugívoras em florestas tropicais secas

open access: yesEcological Entomology, Volume 51, Issue 4, Page 760-773, August 2026.
Land‐use change and seasonality shape the taxonomic, functional and phylogenetic diversity of fruit‐feeding butterflies in tropical dry forests. Pastures reduce phylogenetic diversity and increase wing fluctuating asymmetry, while taxonomic and functional diversity is greater in the wet season than in the dry season.
