Proposed model of fucoxanthin in ameliorating MASLD via the GRP78‐AMPK axis. In MASLD, excessive lipid accumulation (FFA, TG, DNL) leads to ER stress activation (upregulation of CHOP, ATF6, IRE1) and GRP78 dysfunction, promoting hepatic lipid droplet (LD) formation. Fucoxanthin directly binds to GRP78, which in turn activates AMPK signaling.

ABSTRACT Neutrophil dysfunction and neutropenia are burdensome findings in glycogen storage disease type Ib (GSDIb). Treatment with granulocyte‐colony stimulating factor (G‐CSF) often corrects neutropenia but fails to improve clinical symptoms like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

In the Era of mpMRI and PSMA PET/CT: Does Digital Rectal Examination Still Matter?
ABSTRACT Background With the increasing integration of multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) and 68Ga‐PSMA PET/CT into the diagnostic and staging algorithms of prostate cancer (PCa), digital rectal examination (DRE)—a once foundational and cost‐effective physical examination—has gradually become marginalized in daily clinical practice.

Association of Milk C‐Reactive Protein With Subclinical Mastitis in Dairy Buffaloes
Milk C‐reactive protein (CRP) concentrations were significantly increased in subclinical mastitis‐positive mammary lobe samples from dairy buffaloes and were consistent with somatic cell count and bacteriological findings, indicating that milk CRP reflects mammary inflammatory activity.

This study establishes a GeLC‐MS/MS‐based serum proteomics workflow for canine oral oncology to differentiate malignancies from non‐malignant conditions. Comprehensive protein profiling, pathway analysis and protein–drug interaction mapping reveal candidate biomarkers and insights into the pathogenesis of canine oral cancers.

Long‐Term Stress Adaptation as a Highly‐Conserved Key Factor in Yeast Aging
This study shows that long‐term, but not short‐term, stress exposure triggers molecular changes in yeast that mirror established hallmarks of aging, including altered proteostasis, epigenetic shifts, and reduced lifespan. These changes are reversible upon stress removal, and the genes involved are conserved across all domains of life. ABSTRACT Aging is
