In this work, a automated preparation line was constructed that was coupled to an Isotope-Ratio Mass Spectrometer MAT 253+ for the measurement of δ¹³C, δ¹⁸O, and Δ₄₇ in atmospheric CO₂ samples.

Simulation‐Based Analysis of Insert Pull‐Out in Nickel‐Polyurethane Hybrid Foams Using CT‐Derived Geometries

CT‐based finite element simulations combined with in situ X‐ray computed tomography are used to analyze insert pull‐out in nickel‐coated polymer foams. Despite variations in material parameters, deformation consistently concentrates within a narrow annular region around the insert.

A measurement of ΔΓs

Using a dataset corresponding to 9 fb(-1) of integrated luminosity collected with the LHCb detector between 2011 and 2018 in proton-proton collisions, the decay-time distributions of the decay modes B-s(0) -> J/psi eta' and B-s(0) -> J/psi pi(+) pi(-) are studied.

Morphology, Transport, and Dynamics of Protein Adsorption in Open‐Cell Metal Foam

Stainless steel (SS) open‐cell foams are shown to adsorb more protein per unit area than previously reported 316L SS and chromium oxide surfaces under static and flow conditions. An integrated approach combining 3D pore imaging, flow simulation, and protein adsorption experiments characterizes the foam’s performance.

Enhancing Low‐Temperature Performance of Sodium‐Ion Batteries via Anion‐Solvent Interactions

DOL is introduced into electrolytes as a co‐solvent, increasing slat solubility, ion conductivity, and the de‐solvent process, and forming an anion‐rich solvent shell due to its high interaction with anion.
