Phase‐field simulations coupled with dislocation‐density‐based crystal plasticity modeling reproduce γ′ rafting behavior in single‐crystal Ni‐based superalloys under varied loading conditions. The model captures both macroscopic creep and microscopic morphology evolution, with results matching high‐temperature creep experiments.

Singular dimension of spaces of real functions
Let X be a space of measurable real functions defined on a fixed open set Ω ⊆ R^N . It is natural to define the singular dimension of X as the supremum of Hausdorff dimension of singular sets of all functions in X.We say that f ∈ X is a maximally ...

Phase Field Failure Modeling: Brittle‐Ductile Dual‐Phase Microstructures under Compressive Loading
The approach by Amor and the approach by Miehe and Zhang for asymmetric damage behavior in the phase field method for fracture are compared regarding their fitness for microcrack‐based failure modeling. The comparison is performed for the case of a dual‐phase microstructure with a brittle and a ductile constituent.

New Upper Bounds on the Number of Maximum Independent Sets in a Graph
An independent set in a graph comprises vertices that are not adjacent to one another, whereas a clique consists of vertices where all pairs are adjacent.

Fatigue Crack Initiation and Growth in Nanocrystalline Ni at Multiple Length‐Scales
Overview of miniaturized in situ SEM fatigue setup and resultant fatigue crack growth data for nanocrystalline Ni. The presented study focuses on the analysis of fatigue crack growth rate (FCGR) in focused ion beam‐notched microcantilevers prepared from nanocrystalline (NC) Ni as a model material.

A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.

General Position Subset Selection in Line Arrangements
Given a set of n points in a plane, the General Position Subset Selection problem is that of finding a maximum-size subset of points in general position, i.e., with no three points collinear.

Enhanced Strength and Corrosion Resistance of Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn Alloy by Aging Treatment
This work systematically investigates the effect of aging treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of vacuum arc‐melted Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn alloy. Owing to the increased α″ martensite, strength and corrosion resistance were significantly enhanced by aging treatment.

On the relaxation of some classes of unbounded integral functionals
Given a Borel function having convex effective domain, but not necessarily bounded or with nonempty interior, locally bounded in the relative interior of its effective domain and verifying an upper semicontinuity type assumption in its effective domain ...

Cauchy formula for vector-valued holomorphic functions and the Cauchy-Kovalevskaja theorem
We establish a version of the Cauchy integral formula for holomorphic functions on a polidisc, with values in a complex Fréchet space X{\mathfrak{X}}. We prove a vector-valued analog to Weierstrass’s theorem on sequences of holomorphic functions fν∈O(Ω,X)
