We measured the photoelectric parameters of distilled water, electrolyte solution, sodium chloride solution, and fullerenol solutions of various concentrations with an immittance meter and a spectrophotometer. Their dielectric and optical spectra were obtained experimentally, and photoelectric parameters were plotted.

This report looks into safety problems of a liquified hydrocarbon gas transportation, by using linear programming of routes with probabilities of accidents along the way. Damage factor distribution zones of different incidents are calculated and visualised. Factor change effects on population and buildings are assessed.
