This work has developed design documentation for the building of a business center 105 meters high with a two-level underground parking lot. The building has designed office space, conference rooms and a restaurant with 78 seats. Two floors of underground parking for 48 cars have also been designed.

In the given work a draft of a high-rise office building was developed. The anal-ysis of the effectiveness of the inversion roof in a high-rise building was carried out from an economic point of view. The peculiarities of inversion type roofing, as well as its advantages and disadvantages were revealed.
