In this study, modern design disconnectors were consider and analyzed. A new design of disconnector for indoor substation of 10 kV, 200 was offered. Calculations of insulation, thermal and electrodynamic resistance of the electric apparatus were produced. The operability of the new design of disconnector was confirmed.
