Titanium dioxide nanopowder was synthesized from tetrabutoxide titanium dissolved in water solution of nitric acid by ultrasonic spray-pyrolisis. Nanopowder on silicon substrate was characterized and researched by IR-spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Nanoparticle's size dependence of nitric acid was described.
