The work is devoted to studies of the conductivity of natural graphene-like materials. The investigated samples are thin carbon films on different substrates. Structural studies were carried out using laser 3D-microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. Conductivity studies were carried out using nanosecond voltammetry.
