Background: Factor VIII intron 22 inversions cause 40%-50% of severe cases of hemophilia A in all human populations. This work describes a method using inverse-PCR. Methods: I-PCR involved 3 steps: Ksp22I restriction; self-ligation of restriction fragments, providing Ksp22I rings; and standard multiplex-PCR analysis.

This paper explores the application of machine learning methods for time series forecasting. The options for using ARIMA models, neural networks and the gradient boosting algorithm are considered. As training samples, stock prices were used, as well as data obtained as a result of applying technical indicators.
