The work presents a panoramic display of the crystal curvature based on discrete data on local lattice orientations measured by electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD). An algorithm that allows to complete the discrete differentiation of orientations at the nodes of a hexagonal grid used when scanning a metal sample was created.

This paper explores the application of machine learning methods for time series forecasting. The options for using ARIMA models, neural networks and the gradient boosting algorithm are considered. As training samples, stock prices were used, as well as data obtained as a result of applying technical indicators.
