The aim of the work was to study the level of autophagy in human endometrial mesenchymal stem cells (enMSCs) under various cultivation conditions and its effect on degradations of the epidermal growth factor receptor. To solve the research tasks, the methods of fluorescent confocal microscopy, SDS electrophoresis and immunoblotting were used.
