Surface runoff in ports is a mixture of various pollutants formed at berthing facilities under the influence of motor transport, technological equipment and transported goods. These pollutants pose a serious threat to the ecosystems of port waters and the safety of berthing facilities.

The given work is devoted to the consideration of the structure of a thin-film electroluminescent (TFEL) display, as well as the study of its main electro-optical characteristics. A TFEL display is roughly similar to a flat capacitor obtained by sequentially depositing layers of electrodes, dielectrics and phosphor.
