Samples of ZnO ceramics doped with erbium and ytterbium were obtained. The properties of ceramics were studied and the conclusion was made about the effect of various concentrations of alloying components on ZnO ceramics. The micrographs of the ceramic surface structure were obtained, the transmission and X-ray luminescence spectra were obtained.
