The H-band is distinguished in the spectra of the photoluminescence of the GaAs/AlGaAs heterojunction which is associated with carriers recombination near the heterointerface. The H-band position is shifted to long-wave region with applied reverse voltage. The spin memory time on the H-band is found as a function of the applied voltage.
