The work is devoted to the study of the influence of spraying modes on the properties of titanium dioxide and nickel oxide. In the course of the work, TiO2 and NiO layers and nanocomposite structures were obtained in the form of a thin-film oxide matrix with embedded gold nanoparticles.

Titanium dioxide nanopowder was synthesized from tetrabutoxide titanium dissolved in water solution of nitric acid by ultrasonic spray-pyrolisis. Nanopowder on silicon substrate was characterized and researched by IR-spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Nanoparticle's size dependence of nitric acid was described.
