This work presents a numerical simulation of the flow in the exhaust diffuser. An analysis of the literature devoted to this problem is given. An appropriate turbulence model is selected. The structure of the flow in the diffuser, the effect of heat transfer on this structure were studied.

In the given work the cellular senescence phenomenon is reviewed from the point of view of hereditary cancer syndromes. Some senescence-related markers in human dermal fibroblasts obtained from donors with impaired functional activity of ATM kinase and 5382insC mutation in gene BRCA1 are observed.
