This experimental work is devoted to the study of the effects that occur when an amorphous carbon film with a thickness of 30 nm deposited on a glass substrate is irradiated with electrons with energies of 6-10 keV. Electron irradiation and spectral analysis of the samples before and after irradiation were performed.
