In the present study genetic constructions for viral epitopes expression were developed. We used the B cell epitopes of respiratory-syncytial virus and human metapneumo virus. Constructions were made on the base of pET21a expression vector with cloned protein streptavidin.

The goal of this work was investigation of magnetic structures formation that occurs in ferrofluids based on various carriers under the influence of magnetic field. Laser physics related methods applied in this research were modified in such a way that it became possible to register magneto-optical responses of the ferrofluid samples.
