Research tasks: – Construct plasmid vectors with the gp10 and gp20 genes using genetic cloning methods for further synthesis of the respective proteins in bacterial cells. – Analyze the effect of phage proteins on laboratory strains of E. coli and P. aeruginosa cells. – Detect an impact target of Gp10 protein.
