This work is devoted to an analytical study of the dynamics of a strongly ion-ized plasma with ions that are un-magnetized with respect to ion-ion collisions. In the work, several analytical model problems on the plasma flow near a material sur-face are solved with subsequent analysis of the results. As a result, a plasma flow model is formed.
