In this paper a program designed to compute the one-particle spectrum and eigenvectors of one-particle states in a finite-depth nuclear potential with a blurred edge is created and described. The one-particle model is a computational basis for describing the dynamics of nuclear fission taking into account nonadiabatic effects.
