The low-temperature electrical properties of a semiconductor solid solution (Pb0.4Sn0.6)0.8In0.2Te. were studied. The temperature and magnetic field dependences of the resistance of the polycrystalline sample were studied in the temperature range Т = 300 Ð â 1.3 Ð and magnetic fields less than 10 кOe.
