Обеспечение вибрационной надежности силовой турбины ГТУ мощностью 2,5 МВт

The stress-strain state of the impeller of the last stage of the gas turbine was calculated. The condition of impeller strength is fulfilled. A vibration diagram is constructed, which shows that the nominal speed is sufficiently far from the critical rotational speeds, which determines the vibration reliability of the impeller.

This paper describes the design, calculation and analysis methods for the resulting model of the impeller of a gas turbine unit with a capacity of 16.8 MW. The stress-strain state was calculated, taking into account creep, plastic deformations, and the vibration reliability of the resulting structure was estimated.
