In this work, the aging processes and kinetics of phase switching when applying an external field were studied in a single crystal of a model ferroelectric, a lead magnoniobate relaxor PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 (PMN). PMN has high values of permittivity and piezoceramic properties in a wide temperature range, which leads to its wide practical application.

This work is an analysis of the temperature dependence of the heat capacity of a single crystal PNN (nickel-niobate lead). Based on it, it is necessary to evaluate the contributions of acoustic and optical phonons at different temperatures, and based on the data obtained, determine the type of frequency mode density distribution function of the crystal.
