This paper examines the process of constructing a finite element model of the human meniscus based on THUMS data. The literature on the biomechanical properties of the meniscus has been studied. A meniscus rupture was simulated. As a result of the work, it is shown that the nature of the load and the type of meniscus rupture are related parameters. The
