Модуль профилометрии роботизированного диагностического комплекса

The final qualifying work is devoted to the development of a profilometry module for a robotic diagnostic complex. An analysis of modern in-line diagnostic complexes, as well as profilometry methods, was carried out. A non-contact profilometry method using laser triangulation 2D sensors was chosen.
