The aim of this work was to investigate the influence of extracellular pH on the activity of calcium channels TRPV5/V6 in human T-lymphocytes. The TRPV5/V6 channel currents were recorded using the patch-clamp technique. The intracellular calcium concentration was measured by using the fluorescent calcium probe FURA-2AM.
