Измерение времени жизни экситона в двойной полумагнитной квантовой яме с помощью магнитооптического эффекта Керра

In this work, using the magneto-optical Kerr effect, we studied the reflection spectrum of an exciton line in a semi-magnetic Cd0.984Mn0.016Te quantum well, tunnel-connected to a wide CdTe quantum well. The sample being measured was in a closed-cycle cryostat at a temperature T = 6K.
