The electroluminescence spectra of microdisk lasers with different types of active region and different microresonator diameters (from 14.5 µm to 31 µm) were studied. The dependences of the ratio of the fraction of stimulated radiation to spontaneous radiation on the pump current are obtained and analyzed.
