Experimental studying of non-equilibrium 2D plasmons in a GaN/AlGaN heterostructure with a metal grating was performed. The effective temperature of hot electrons was determined using the I-V characteristics and their analysis using the power balance equation.

The paper describes methods for searching for structural variants in the genome. A modification of the existing method for searching for structural variants using frequency maps of pairwise contacts between chromatin regions obtained using Hi-C technology has been developed.
