The paper describes methods for searching for structural variants in the genome. A modification of the existing method for searching for structural variants using frequency maps of pairwise contacts between chromatin regions obtained using Hi-C technology has been developed.

Theoretical and experimental data on etching of monocrystalline silicon on glass using Bosch-process are considered in the present study. The Bosch process was carried out using sulfur hexafluoride SF6 and perfluorocyclobutane C4F8 on the Oxford Instruments Plasma Pro Estrelas 100.
