2016The aim of the work was to study the interaction of transfer RNA (ÑÐ ÐÐ) with protein DusC. We obtained ÑÐ ÐÐTrp transcripts containing both native sequence of nucleotides and substitutions in critical for the interaction with DusC positions in D-loop. Complex formation was detected by electrophoresis.
